2011 BAFTA Gala: Superstars Get Glamour for Duke & Duchess of Cambridge

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with stylist A-listers like Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Garner and Blake Lively gathered at Belasco Theatre on Saturday, July 9, 2011 to attend the BAFTA Brits to Watch Gala, an event to honor 42 British professionals.

Prince William, current president of the BAFTA, gave a speech to pay tribute and support those in attendance.

On the occasion, people particularly directed attention to the meeting between Jennifer Lopez, PEOPLE's 2011 Most Beautiful Woman, and Prince William’s wife, who was ranked No. 26 in the 2011 Maxim Hot 100 List. The royal couple had a short, intimate talk with “On the Floor” star and her mother.
