It is happy to know that after three years together, the Oscar-nominated actress Anne Hathaway, 29, is engaged to actor Adam Shulman, 30. The “Dark Knight Rises” actress confirmed that the couple, who began dating in 2008, is engaged after Anne was spotted sporting an engagement ring designed by Kwiat Heritage over the weekend in Brooklyn. In October, it was reported that Anne Hathaway, 29, had moved into Adam Shulman's apartment in Brooklyn. "I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan," Anne previously talked about their three-year relationship. "I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!"
The Hollywood couple knew each other for a while and then "We hit it off immediately, but it took us a pretty long time to get together," Anne has said. After they realized they were both single, the actress reveals that "things sped up a bit -- and I think I'll leave it at that." Just recently, Anne Hathaway revealed that she saw herself on the marriage track with the 30-year old actor, saying, "I can definitely imagine that, yes. Before, when I thought of marriage, I was afraid that I would only marry for business reasons or because I wanted to live out a little girl's fantasy. That's not the case any more." Anne Hathaway began dating actor Adam Shulman shortly after her breakup with Raffaello Follieri, who was sentenced due to defrauding investors of millions of dollars when he posed as a real-estate consultant for the Vatican. "I hate talking about the breakup because I don't want it to define me, but as is to be expected, there were a lot of lingering trust issues," Anne told of the highly publicized breakup.
