Monday night's competition of Dancing With The Stars week 2 kicked off with a playful jive to Avril Lavigne's song “Girlfriend” from soccer goalkeeper Hope Solo and her dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. They received 19 points out of possible 30 from the judges on September 26.
Last week, Women's World Cup and Olympic soccer team goalkeeper Hope Solo performed quite well for their Viennese Waltz as staring playing soccer with Maksim in goal. This week's Dancing With The Stars season 13, Hope Solo’s performance was not as good as the previous. The player and her partner were doing a really cute, fast Jive and they look like they’re having a great time. The judges enjoyed it, but still told her she has much room for improvement. Len said it was crisp and charming, but Hope Solo lost her timing a little bit. Bruno said Hope Solo has to precise, but she lost it so many times. Carrie Ann said she thought it was a great performance, but there were a few mess ups.
Len: "It was crisp. It was booyacatchah." "Unfortunately, you lost your timing a little bit here and there." "First out, first class."
Bruno: "I know you're fit and have got thighs that could crack a walnut, but all that power is not enough." "There is a difference between a flick and kick."
Carrie Ann: "I thought it was a great performance. You were really fun, flirtatious." "All you need to work is just a little of your upper body."
Scores: 6+7+6 = 19

Like Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Chynna Phillips and Tony Dovolani did the Jive to the song “The Boy Does Nothing” of Alesha Dixon. Carrie Ann said that she enjoyed watching her dance and shared that Chynna played it a little safe and thought she was injured. Len said it was good, but it wasn’t great really and it needed more excitement. Bruno said the sexy siren in her is trying to come out and she can’t hold it back. Score: 7+7+7 = Total: 21/30
