Lady Gaga had a brilliant performance along with male and female dancers at the “MTV Video Music Aid Japan” concert in Chiba to show off her support for the country on Saturday, June 25, 2011.
At this event, the “Edge of Glory” singer came back to her trademark platinum blonde hair, instead of an aquamarine wig in the past few weeks, and even stripped off her clothes to a bra and panties as she sang her hits.
Her visit and performance in Japan aimed at encouraging tourists to return to the island nation that had been severely destroyed by dead earthquake and tsunami as well as suffered a nuclear tragedy. Gaga herself has already donated an estimated $3 millions with most of the funds coming from sales of her “Pray for Japan” wristbands.

Before the charity concert that would raise money for the Japanese Red Cross was held, Lady Gaga gave a press conference in Tokyo to express her love for Japan and her expectation of seeing more visitors traveling the country in the next time. “I am always so inspired when I come to Japan, inspired by the spirit, the passion, the love, the absolutely infectious joy of Tokyo.” she said.
