Mark Foley is a former member of the United States House of Representatives for the Republican Party from 1995 to 2006. He was forced to admit being gay when his letters to a male Congressional page were revealed. Mark was reported to resign from Congress on September 29th, 2006 after that scandal. Then he had a relationship with a cosmetic surgeon.
