Guinness World Records, known as the Guinness Book of Records, is an annual reference book containing a collection of world records in both unlimited human capacity and the extreme natural wonders. The book itself sets a world record as the best-selling copyrighted series of all time and one of the most stolen books from public libraries in the United States. On November 18 2010, a number of achievements are set to celebrate the Guinness World Records Day in many countries. Here is the list of top ten outstanding records such as the oldest wing walker, the heaviest shoes walked-in, the most nationalities in a sauna or the tallest married couple.

Ashrita Furman (USA) achieved Guinness world record for “heaviest shoes walked in” at tower bridge of London, UK when he walked 10m in 146.5kg shoes on Guinness World Records Day 2010

Merlin Cadogan (UK) was recognised in the world record list for the longest time to juggle 3 objects underwater in 1min 20secs

Joe Alexander from Germany broke 24 concrete blocks divided into three stacks of 8 while holding a raw egg in the hand which used for breaking the blocks. After the third stack had been broken, the egg was still unbroken

Wayne, 6 feet 10.4 inches, and Laurie Hallquist, 6 feet 5.95 inches, are the tallest married couple in the U.S. At present, Laurie is a realtor for Prudential California Realty and Wayne is a telecommunication engineer

Anatol and Monika Stykan set the Guinness World Records 2010 for the most stairs climbed in one minute while balancing a person on the head
