An interesting contest named “The Most Beautiful Miss Universe 1952-2010” has been hosted by the website globalbeauties.com to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Miss Universe. Fifteen pageant experts take part in scoring contestants who won Miss Universe crown between 1952 and 2010. Surprisingly, the U.S., home to seven Miss Universe titleholders, reaches the contest’s bottom because four of Miss Universe winners from this country are ranked at the end of this list.
Miriam Stevenson (USA): Miss Universe 1954
Miriam Jacqueline Stevenson from South Carolina, USA took part in the 3rd edition of Miss Universe in 1954 and became the first Miss USA to hold the Miss Universe beauty crown. After the success, she decided to complete her education and then hosted television shows for the local NBC affiliate in Columbia, WIS-TV.

Then, she has been an excellent television presenter and owned a modeling school in Puerto Rico for future models, actresses and beauty queens. The beauty gave birth to her first son in 1999 at the age of 43.
