Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress Selena Gomez have been announced as presenters along with a number of their fellow celebrities such as Jonah Hill, Rick Ross, Seth Rogen, and Odd Future at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards that will take place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. on Sunday, August 28, 2011.
Last week, both bride-to-be Kardashian and Justin Bieber’s girlfriend Selena Gomez received surfboards at the 2011 Teen Choice Award held in California on August 7. The teen star won the Choice TV Actress, Female Hottie and Music Group with her band The Scene. The Kardashian sisters were awarded Choice TV for Female Reality/Variety Star for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”.

In preparation for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, some favorite artists including Pop Princess Britney Spears have been featured in the 2011 MTV VMA Promo TV spots. This singer filmed a 30-second promo clip with the spot melding her songs “I Wanna Go” and “Slave 4 U” with Janet Jackson's “Rhythm Nation” and Madonna's “Everybody”.
In the promo, Britney Spears finds herself in the middle of a dance party and “I'm walking down a hallway and I'm seeing memorabilia of all my performances that I've done in the past. All my dancers are dressed up in my old outfits, which it's really cool.” she said
