Pauline Potter has accepted world's heaviest woman title to enter the Guinness World record for that with the weight of 292 kilograms. However, the 47-year-old from Sacramento, California, now shares she wants to lose some weight so that she can enjoy every day life again such as the world’s heaviest woman can dance, do road trips and fit in seats at the movie. Moreover, her weight has prevented her from earning her nursing degree, which she still hopes to get.
Interestingly, the world record holder blames her upbringing as the main reason for her size because as a child there was an “overabundance” of food. As a result, being overweight is in her genes: her father weighs about 272 kg and her mother about 181 kg. More interestingly, “I have eight siblings all which are over 140, except one.” One of her problems is that she likes all foods, except sauerkraut and Brussels sprouts, and said she has food every one or two hours. And she relies on her son for help doing everyday things that she cannot do along with her sisters. “As far as my daily activity I do, everything is very difficult and thank goodness I have a very good relationship with my son and he is very helpful. He helps me do anything that's difficult.”
Before that, the 32 year old named Susanne Eman claimed that her weight is about more than 300 kg but till now she is not weighed by the Guinness Officials. Though in the Guinness records, Rosalie Bradford who holds the record of Worlds heaviest woman ever in history weighs 554 kg but she died at the age of 63 in the year 2006. And Donna Simpson of Akron, Ohio, holds the Guinness record for heaviest woman ever to bear children. She won the title by weighing more than 300kg when she gave birth to her daughter, Jacqueline in February 2007 in which a group of 30 medics were required to deliver her daughter during a high-risk Caesarean birth.
