During the four latest EPL clashes between two teams, the Gunners and Spurs have achieved two victories each and drawn one. However, when they met late last year for a Carling Cup game, the Gunners proudly defeated Spurs 4-1, with the goals scored by Lansbury, Nasri, and Arshavin.

Tottenham vs Arsenal October 2011 Highlights: A dramatic match at the White Hart Lane
Early this week, Arsenal had a 2-1 win over Olympiakos at the second round of the UEFA Champions League thanked to two goals by Oxlade-Chamberlain and Santos, and ranked the second in Group F with four points.
Tottenham Hotspur also beat Shamrock Rovers 3-1 at the second round of the Europa League with three goals netted by Pavlyuchenko, Defoe, and Dos Santos, taking the second spot in Group A.

At the EPL sixth round, Van der Vaart and Bale helped the Spurs secure third consecutive win in the match against Wigan Athletic, while Arsenal also defeated Bolton 3-0 with three goals netted by Robin Van Persie, and Alexandre Song. Tottenham takes the sixth spot on the EPL standings with 9 points and Arsenal the thirteen spot with 7 points.

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor Togo admitted that he still has great respect for the Gunners and their fans. However, he's enjoying life at White Hart Lane with his team. “I’m looking forward to playing against Arsenal again on Sunday but believe me, if I have a chance to score, trust me I will score but as for the celebration, never in my life will I do something like that again," he said.

Emmanuel Adebayor Togo talked about his pals at Tottenham: “We defend together and we attack together. We have a lot of good players, Gareth Bale, Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Luka Modric, they’re all fantastic players”
