After a busy past week promoting his new blockbuster “New Year's Eve,” Zac Efron was continuing his travel to take the movie to Japan. The former “High School Musical” star is extremely big in Japan. That was proved by the screaming crowds at the premier of the movie “New Year’s Eve” in Tokyo, Japan on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 as well as the massive smile on his handsome face when he was truly enjoy the crows reaction.
Zac Efron looked very elegant as he walked the red carpet wearing a sharp suit. The 24-year-old actor met fans and sign a few autographs along the way while the crowd was nearly out of control.
In order to do his promotional duties oversea, Zac Efron also attended a press conference for “New Year’s Eve” in Tokyo. Also starring Abigail Breslin and Michelle Pfeiffer, the movie is scheduled to debut in Japan on December 23.
Abigail Breslin has recalled about the time she met Zac Efron saying: “I met Zac Efron yesterday, and I’m just going to say, I cried a little bit afterwards and beforehand – just a little bit. It was kind of a big deal; it was kind of major.”
